*Pick-Up times are approximate. Client will be called if pet is finished early and the option will be given to Pick-Up sooner if desired.

Important Notes –
New Clients will be required to complete a Wash & Wag Grooming and/or Pet Sitting Agreement and an Information Disclosure (one for each pet) prior to services being provided. Upon request, we will gladly email or fax forms to you for completion prior to your scheduled appointment.
Pet Owner will be responsible for providing proof of pets current Rabies and Vaccination records.
Late Pick Up Policy –
Pick-Up time is dependent on appointment time, unless otherwise stated by Groomer. Late pick-up of pet will incur an additional charge of $10.00 for each 30 minutes tardy.
Cancellations -
Cancellations require 24 hours advance notice, failure to do so will incur a $25.00 cancellation fee. Cancellation fee is at Groomers discretion.
Extended Holiday Hours –
During the months of November and December Wash & Wag Grooming will have extended service hours. Please contact us for appointment availability. A non-refundable $25.00 deposit fee will be required to hold reservations made less than one week in advance.
