We do not use Flea and Tick shampoo or dip as we feel it is too harsh and provides only temporary relief; we recommend consulting your Veterinary for a permanent solution to the problem. Wash & Wag Grooming will not provide services to biting, aggressive, severely matted/pelted, or flea/tick infested pets.
Dogs > 25 lbs. must be able to climb 3 steps into tub and onto grooming table. Dogs >75 lbs. must fit in tub and on table. All Dogs must be willingly groomed.

DE-MAT:

- 30 minute maximum session time for pets comfort (de-mat completed or not)
SHED RELIEF:
- Available with all services expect in conjunction with a De-Mat session
- Pet must be Mat-Free prior to Shed Relief session
- 30 minute maximum session time for pets comfort

SPECIAL CARE APPOINTMENTS:
We offer Special Care Appointments for puppies, aged, nervous and disabled pets. When scheduling appointment please mention “Special Care” so, if needed, additional time can be reserved for grooming and pets individual needs can be discussed prior to appointment.
